My husband feels too tired every morning, though he sleeps for 7-8 hours. What could be the reason?

Hi , my husband is 29yr old. He recently has been complaining about tiredness  and frequent head aches.  We consulted an ENT recently , cos he also complains abt blocked nose , difficulty in breathing specially during sleep( Again that results in snooring!!). Doc says he is got a bent nasal bone and that would require a surgery. Currently on some medication recomended by the ENT.

My question is would this condition result in frequent head aches , tiredness and body aches?
