My hands and feet get very infamed, swollen, red and painful. Any idea what could be causing this?

I am 25 years old. I am 5'5 with a BMI of 23. I exercise regularly, eat healthy. I do have a tendency to over do the processed foods (which have a lot of sodium) and the caffeine. I drink at least 75-100 ounces of water a day. Any ideas??
