Good Evening Everyone.

Doing this post a bit later than I would have liked but was a bit busy today.

Well, today is day two of this case study, and all I did today was take the regular dosages of the three supplements, but I have noticed a bit of abominable stress since taking the supplements yesterday, but this might just be my system making adjustments but I will keep track of this matter.

Tomorrow, I will add exercise to the mix here, as I feel that exercise will be an important componant to this study, and of course, exercise in general is just a great, healthy thing in and of itself.
