Well, while my Case Study of A Natural Cure For Asthma continues, I have to say that I really do not feel that this study is going very well for me.
As I am writing this, I am quite congested and will have to take another dose of my advair.
lso, I had wanted to start to introduce exercise into the study, but due to my having to do some different duties at the job, which for me ( and I imagine for most of you with a similiar condition ) is very strenous, I have been coming home extremely tired and just have not had the energy to do any of the exercises I wanted to include.
So, while my case study for A natural Cure For Asthma continues, I’m afraid that it has hit another stumbling block.
