my blood cells are ovel in shape and to fat . dr not due to anemia or sickle cell have had it since chemo 1 1/2 yr. what is it

i didnt have this problem untill i had chemo and have had it now for about 1 and 1/2 years . i cant get a straight answer from my dr . he doesnt understand i can deal with anything but the unknown , tell me i am going to die in 6 months i can make planes to deal with it but this just hangging on is worse than knowing ! please help and thank you
