MY 52 year old brother was placed into an induced coma a week ago from pnuemonia from h1n1 swine flu. He can't wake up?

they got his fever and high blood preassure under control the first night...4 days later, the fever returned with low blood pressure( is this a sign of sepsis?) which was controled quickly. I live 3000 miles from him and can't understand it all
