meaning of results of CT scan for liver and kidneys

what does this mean:

tiny calcification in renal artery on the right.

complex cystic lesion on upper pole of kidney measuring 4.5 cmand very thick calcification 9x14mm.  large cystic area above right kidney appears tobe within liver measures 10.5 cm

 

Slight ectasia of the lower abdominal aorta 2 cm

 

Serious or not???????
