Make It a Habit; Take 5 After 5 Harmful Food Ingredients in Your Diet until You Will Completely Follow the Paleo diet cookbook!

If you have every intention to succeed in whatever you do, make it a habit first. In that way, it will not be too difficult for you to continue doing it. That is what the Paleo diet cookbook is trying to achieve in you. You make eating the Paleo Food; regularly until such time it will turn into a habit and you have no way of stopping it then. Maybe I can suggest that you start with eliminating certain harmful food in your diet. Take around 5 of them for the week. Then take another 5, until you will completely eliminate all the harmful ingredients in the food you take. With that you will not abruptly notice the difference in them. And for all you know you are actively following the Paleo Diet yourself!
