left hand and part of left arm tingling for a few days. what does that mean? what should I do?

58 yr old fe, in general good health, maybe a bit more dropping of things in last week or so. no chest pain, sob or pain; just this annoying tingling that is persisting!

If you are having new onset clumsiness in your hand, with tingling, you should immediately get an evaluation by your doctor, and preferably a neurologist. Good luck!

could this be a sign of a heart attack coming on??my 62yr old grandmother is havin tingling in her left arm and it is persistant and has been ongoing since 2 days ago. doesnt know what to do. got any answers?
