LEFT FLANK MUSCLE

I WOKE UP AND FOUND MY LEFT FLANK AREA SWOLLEN. IT IS NOT PAINFUL EXCEPT AT TIMES WHEN I GET UP. IF IT'S A MUSCLE SPASM I CAN HANDLE THAT BUT IF IT IS SOMETHING ELSE THEN I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO ER.
