ive got constant pain in my knees and weakness in my right knee which feels like its slipping when i walk

The pain is mainly across the bottom of my knee caps but does occasionally affect the backs of them aswell i struggle with stairs i find them physically exhausting my legs feel heavy and hard to move the pain can be very sharp tinglely and hot
