itching in my head & palms, red marks come & go, chest tight & sore throat

I am a a 42 year old indian female. I have been experinecting the above since july. Since 23 Sept i started feeling tight chest. a week ago severe sore throat.

The itches are all over my body and the red marks come & go. I have been to numerous doctors tests etc, nothing has helped.
