is severe (really really severe) abdominal pain normal with penicillin?

Hi:)

I'm 5 days into a Pen VK tx for strep throat.  I am having extremely bad abdominal pain that started after I began taking the meds.  I have Crohn's disease and the new pain is very similar to what I experience with a Crohn's flare.  I am also taking Humira for Crohn's and a low dose of Adderall as needed for ADHD.  I don't know if I should see a doc for this pain or if it is normal with Penicillin treatment.  Thanks for any advice:)
