Is chest pain that is relieved by burping an urgent warning sign if I have severe h1n1?

Posted by worrywort444

I am pretty certain that I have h1n1, I have traditional flu symptoms with vomiting and diarrhea.  I am on the 5th day of feeling awful but have no health insurance so I really need to treat myself unless its an emergency.  On day 4  I began having chest pains that would come and go, which were occasionally relieved by burping.  Late on day 4 the vomiting became persistant and I began vomiting every 30 minutes or so for the last 15 hours or so.  I have been able to keep the vomiting mostly at bay with a home remedy, but the chest pains that came right before the vomiting are still very present.  I am a 24 year old male and my only other health problem is a moderate hiatal hernia.  I am not on any prescriptions.
