I have been instructed by my doctor to increase both my sodium (I don’t eat a lot of processed foods), as well as my electrolytes. With most supplements, as with this product, the emphasis seems to be on “a low-sodium product”. This is understandable considering the majority of the population’s needs.
Do you have, or know of a product that will supplement electrolytes, but also has a higher level of sodium?
Thanks!
Arloe
Hi Arloe -
Sodium is definitely a concern for many people. The amount required varies by activity and body type.
Or, there is Electrolyte Concentrate which is in a liquid form. There are 178 mg of sodium per 3 capfuls which you would mix into juice or water. If you would like more sodium, simply add another capful or two.

Sodium is definitely a concern for many people. The amount required varies by activity and body type.
Given that your physician recommends a higher level of Sodium, I recommend that you look at Electrolyte Stamina which contains 270 mg of sodium per 6 tablets . This product is quite effective and I notice increased energy from it.

Should you have further questions, please do ask.
