I've had cold/flu symptoms lasting over three months could I have mono or walking pneumonia?

Posted by clopezz

I had cold/flu symptoms about 3 months ago. 1 month ago it turned worse and it took me about 7 days to get over. As of now I dont feel in tip top shape. I wake up between 4-6am every morning gasping for air... it feels like an asthma attack. That is proceeded by relentless coughing. My skin is very itchy and get very inflamed if it even gets knicked. It also feels like I have something stuck in my throat and it occasionally hurts when I swallow food. I have no idea if any of these things are related to one ailment. I'm a fairly healthy person but no home remedies are helping out.

You have been fighting this on your own long enough.

Allergic symptoms would be one likely possibility (do you have pets?) for the skin and respiratory stuff. While it leaves out the skin symptoms, you should also get checked for gastroesophageal reflux in regard to the recurrent and persistent upper respiratory-like sympstoms.
