I use clotrimazole and betameth to treat the yeast infection on my penis now it is getting redder and burns what are my other options.

You could use a moisturizer and perhaps a little occasional hydrocortisone for the burns.

Being tested for STD's is also important. Seeing your doctor will be helpful for more guidance and in determining what is going on.
