I sprained my ankle almost a week ago. The pain wasn't really that bad but uncomfortable. Now I have numbness/tingling.

NOt alot of pain, just uncomfortable but alot of swelling. Moderate bruising all over the top and outer side of foot. A dark one running along near the bottom, similar to pictures I've seen about sprained ankle. Dont want to go to doctor if I can prevent it. Almost always treat things at home
