I'm 3-day post eg transfer and am cramping and bloating. What can I do to help the cramping? Yesterday I felt a shooting pain

I am 43 years old and am going through the ivf process. On 4./30/11 was my egg retrieval, and on 5/3/11 was my egg transfer of two Grade A embryos. Now I am experiencing cramping and shooting pains. Will have my BETA hcg blood test on 5/16/11.
