I just had a full thyroidectomy 5 days ago and today woke up withbruises on the top of bothbreasts..what could cause this?

I woke up this morning and I have  a bruise 4inch by 6inchon right breast and 2x3 inchon left breast.What would cause this? I had a full thyroidectomy 5 days ago does that have something to do with it?
