I thought it was because I slept on the floor (hard surface) on my right side, but nothing else hurts, and I still feel this sharp pain (and I stopped sleeping on the hard surfaced floor already). For the most part, I feel the pain only when I sneeze or laugh. I don't cough but if I simulate coughing, I can feel the pain in that area too.
