I have swelling along the arches of my feet and pain in the ankles and and top of the foot. Can you help with what the problem m

I also stand for most of the day at work and have to wear sfatey boots. I have worn the same boots for about 2 years now and had no problems untill recently. Does anyone else have this problem?
