I have small red bumps on the lower left side of my testicles that run on up to the middle middle left side. It does not really itch. I saw a doctor and she said it was jock itch and I have treated it with anti-fungal cream. However, I have not had this problem until this past year.

 Symptoms are also of:
1. Candidiasis
Fungal STD yeast infection of moist areas like genitals...
2. Contact dermatitis
 Skin reaction to an irritant...
3. Genital Herpes
 Virus...
4. Psoriasis
Chronic skin condition, usually red and bumpy....
5. Scabies
Mite infection of the skin common in institutions...

You should seek your doctor's advice, examine and lab testing for a correct diagnosis.

To find out exactly what is causing your testicle red bumps, your doctor may scrape a small amount of the red bumps onto a glass slide. Then he or she will look at the skin under a microscope. After doing this, your doctor will usually be able to tell if your skin problem is caused by a fungus.
