I have sharp pain in my right side under my rib when i cough, sneeze, laugh, or even sometimes when i walk. What could this be?

Under my right rib is a hug pain i have had for about a week and a half now. I cant cough, Sneeze, or laugh. The pain only gets worse if i try. Sometimes it gets the worse when i eat something too. If i try and streatch it only makes me cry. Please if someone has any suggestion on what it could be please help. Thanks
