i have sever overian pains witch come with heavy menstrial.the pains also come when in not on my period and there is more to it.

i get very painfull sharp pains in my overieis followed by cold sweets and shakes but feeling very hot to the point i think i am going to vomit and fell like im going to pass out..these pains will come even not being on a menstrial cycle but can happen even with a bowel movement..
