i have pain its my inner knee had medial msnscus removed 29 years again pain up and down my knee to my ankle what might that be

had 4 operations on left knee, pain is in inner knee along knee and bone, also back of knee is bad and have pins and needles from my knee down. factured patella, tore tendon in back of knee and had medail and lateral menscus partially removed
