I have one swollen lymph node under my right ear with no pain whatsoever. What is that?

I have also had ideopathic localized lip swelling periodically over the past 2 weeks. Never both lips...just one section at a time...I take a benedryl or Allegra and it goes away in a few hours. What's all this about??? No pain, no other symptoms...just the swollen lymph node and the lip thing I mentioned...thanks!
