i have numbness in my right arms

i was sick when i went to vietnam, i got a hight fever and it lasted almost 4 days then after that i have lots of conclusion in myself maybe its bcz of my finger with a pus its very painful to touch and i prick it in a small pin then after that its just heal,and turn my finger into dry with black on it, but then i felt numb and pain in my fingers and in my arms i dont know whats wrong with me now and i feel it until now numbness on it all over my arms.
