I am scheduled to IV iron Tuesday and visit with Gastroenterologist Monday.  The problems all appeared very sudden without warning.  I went in for Surgery on my back and they found my blood counts were very low.  I had been having problems with nausea and vomiting for about 2 months prior to this.  I now have mouth ulcers very bad and they are very painful.  What could this possibly be?
