I have had almost constant pain on my left side underneath the rib cage for about 3 weeks and know in the right

I am 51 years old and had my gallbladder removed about 10 years ago. I have had almost constant pain on my left side underneath the rib cage for about 3 weeks and most recently I have pain under my right rib cage in the back.  The right side pain wakes me up at night.  What can I do
