I have had a tickle in my throat for several weeks and a lot of coughing. Now my body aches and I am coughing up yellow phlegm.

About 1 month ago I had a horrible cold that went to my chest and I have been coughing with a tickle in my throat, ever since.  I thought it was lessening and just two days ago I started with body aches and now my cough is very frequent and now I am coughing up yellow phlegm.
