I have been under stress past 4 months and have been getting reoccuring problems -most recent I have these white rice spots

I am 42 have herpes and also had several flare ups after a few years of non this past summer. Just got these spots yesterday hard to swollow 100 fever.  doing everything recommended with little or no relief wonder if its becasue of all the tremendous stress
