i have an itch in the crook of my left arm that is UNDER the skin and over an artery with NO rash or bite. have had it 5 wks.

slight swelling, maybe from my rubbing it. swelling is 1/2 inch wide by 2 inches long and runs along the artery. I have no allergies.
