I have a swollen place on the joint of my index finger. It got big and swollen. I poked it with a sterile needle and yellow ge

 I am 63 yrs. old.  This happened once before about 5 yrs ago on a different finger on the other hand.  My 10 yr younger sister had this happen once also.
