I have a pain in my left side and my stomach is swollen

 I've had the flu and vomited for 2 days

now i'm getting a pain in my left side with a little like cellulite under the skin.  I also had a kidney transplant on my right side.  and I have an umbillical hernia,  could this hernia be causing this acute pain
