I have a lump on my right chest # 7 rib, it's hard and not tender, if I tried to protrude my chest out its visible, does anybody

I have a lump on my right side chest on my #7 rib, it's hard and not tender or painful, if I tried to protrude my chest out, it is visible, does anybody know what it is?
