i have a fractured ankle but now a red itchy rash pop up and then going away very fast

I have a fractured my ankle 2 times in 1 yr. right now im healing from the last one but now im getting a red rash that itches and burns and has bumps where the fracture is but it doesnt stay but just minutes but it really bad when it hits
