I've had this feeling for two days. It started on the right side of my stomach (below my ribs) and has now moved to the botom left side right next to my belly button. It hurts when I twist and especially when I sneeze. I drink alcohol on a very moderate basis (never enough to get drunk) and I eat fairy well. I do minor lifting at work (not to exceed 35 lbs). Feels like it came out of nowhere.
