i have a burning sensation in my stomach and my stomach also makes funny noises. what is wrong with me?

I have used anti acid tablets. they seemed to be working at first but now they don't. This all started when I took more of a 'natural medicine' called Jamaican Gemmel than I should have . Prior to that I had irritations in my stomach and a lot of gas never burns. I have also used Bael to treat myself but it hasn't solved my problem.
