i have a flesh colored pea sized, soft, spongey bump in front of my anus hole on my perineium. its never hurt it usually inflames after passing stools or exercising. Its started to hurt in the past couple days. Ive never been in the position to catch an STD. There is no bleeding or itching. What could it be? What should I do?
