I had appendics pain a while back, but now keep getting a gurgling feeling now and then its been like this for 6 months.

I am not getting much pain at all with the grumbling feeling but do get slight pain every so often. I had bad pain the very first time to the point that I could even stand up straight but the doctor didn't believe it was bad enough for treatment. I can actually feel the gurgling with my hand and its always in the same spot. I'm getting bouts of diarrea every so often followed by a few hours of gurgling. I'm not sure what to do and I cant find a doctor that cares...........
