I had ankel surgery on May 6 2009. cast was removed on june 17th. I am unable because of no insurance to attend therapy.

I am able to put weight on it with the boot on. The swelling starts almost just as soon as I lower my foot in the morning.  I feel like if I could control the swelling better I could keep the boot on longer and get back on my feet sooner.  Wat would the therapy have me do? I honestly cannot afford it.
