I had a partial hysterectomy 2 yrs ago and am currently having lower left abdominal pain (tender to touch and during movement).

I am 43 and also take synthroid for a partial thyroidectomy.  I have been having this pain for well over a week and also have frequent urination with no pain (although this has been happening since hysterectomy) but it is not nausea.  What could this be?  thank you.
