I get these strange attacks, they start with a real sore jaw and neck muscles, then a tightnes or hardness in my upper chest

I also seem to have a constant nagging cough during the day when i am up and about.

It bothers me during sex also, i seem to get a tightness in my chest that really takes the fun out of it.

 Lately i have had a sore jaw on the left side and swollen lympth nodes in my neck.

It  sort of comes and goes randomly, sometimes when i am completely relaxed and other times when i am exerting a little.

 An aspirin seems to help it go away faster.

 Help!
