i get canker sores often and now i have a sore in my nostril on the right side hard white any help?

just want to see if there is any connection or why i seem to get canker sores in the exact same places...and i feel like i have one all the time...i was reading on a website that this can be connected to hiv now i am freaked out? other than this i feel like i am healthy please help. thanks
