I feel like i have a lump in the bottom of my throat/neck when I swallow. No pain or sore feeling. Can't feel with fingers.

When I swallow I feel a lump in my throat at the bottom of my neck, base by collar bone, center.

Can't feel it with hand, no pain, no sore throat.

Breathing fine. Nothing coming up, but maybe a little/slight nausea once or twice in middle of night.

Can this be an allegy symtom?
