When I try to hold up three fingers and touch pinky to thumb, rest of fingers (ring,middle and fore) form a sort of claw. I can force the hand to do the three finger thing with the other hand without pain but not on it's own.
I have been a carpenter for over thirty years but have had no significant injuries.
Both hands have same condition. Condition first showed up in late twenty's and has gotten to the "claw condition" that I have now. I am 45 years of age.
I can still type. I am having trouble playing guitar that I have done since age 13.
