These symptoms have been going on for the last 5 years. At the bedinning, my stomach felt acidic but this was relieved by antacids. This progressed to pain in lower abdomen, increased wind. A type of "bloatedness" in my lower stomach which feels hard. The pain can feel like being pricked bt a pin and also a general dull pain.
