I am working as an English teacher and the stress of the new job is effecting my ability to move my bowels. I end up going for weeks in between. I drink warm water and occasionally use epsom salt tablets. But my abdomen swollen and it can't be healthy. The last month since I began the job I think I have been suffering from a buildup of toxins. My lymph glands were extremely swollen and my throat had been unbearably sore. I have been eating at work, since they provide meals and I don't want to starve.
