I am having severe stomach cramps after eating anything, I got off an antibiotic a week ago today & this has been since then

Not sure if I have a stomach bug or what. But I also dont know what I can take to ease the stomach pain. I am a nursing mother of a 3 month old. Tums have not helped at all. The food runnning straight through has not been an issue for 4 days now but I am still having this horrible cramping/burning after I eat.
